ITALIAN WHITE

A popular variety both for commercial growers and home-gardeners, performing well in South-eastern Queensland. It is a long-keeping soft-neck variety.

GLENLARGE

Bred at the Gatton DPI Research Institute in South-eastern Queensland, this variety is better suited to the hot, humid conditions of our local climate, than many of the varieties that do well in the southern states of Australia. It is a day-length neutral, soft-neck variety that keeps well.

WHITE HARDNECK

ITALIAN PURPLE

This beautiful hard-neck variety performs wonderfully in South-east Queensland conditions, forming big bulbs with fat cloves. It's also great for plaiting as the purple-streaked papers are so attractive.

GLAMOUR GIRL

A very attractive hard-neck, with lots of purple streaking on the skin and large cloves, making it really convenient in the kitchen.

PRINTANOR

A white-skinned soft-neck with good keeping qualities. Performs well in South-eastern Queensland and has been a popular commercial variety in Australia and New Zealand.
